Successful packaging execution requires the pack to perform well at many different stage gates from production to filling, from transport to consumer in use. When you start looking at multiple reuse cycles these stage gates increase and include washing, refilling and return. The key to success is anticipation and validation of issues which may arise through early stage testing of prototypes and pilot mold components. The aim is to learn and mitigate any issues ahead of launch and to design them out of your process.
The later you discover issues in the go live project plan to more costly they become both in terms of time and money.
In this example ARNE.STUDIO performed extensive testing on the new BowerPack first shot components allowing us to optimized the performance during fit and function validation.
